
GEA
Define and roll-out of group-wide standards, policies, processes and internal controls for the cluster. Act as local procurement function in the cluster in alignment with corporate procurement. Be the first point of contact for vendors and corporate procurement.
Responsibilities / Tasks
- Implement the standard approach for administration processes and operational excellence using best practice in compliance with GEA and local legislation
- 3rd Party Purchasing
- Consolidate the supplier base on a cluster level and conduct negotiations with supplier in price and terms and conditions
- Take care about leasing topics (company cars) in the CEE-cluster
- Supports the legal entities in the cluster in identifying and implementing of savings
- Optimize administration and operational processes in the cluster
- Coordinates the key commercial activities with relevant stakeholders (e.g. negotiations)
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Degree in economics, supply chain or a related field
- Advanced German and English is a must have, knowledge of an Eastern European language (Bulgarian, Hungarian, etc.) is an advantage
- Relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management
- Experience with procurement tools (SAP or similar) and data analysis is nice to have
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving abilities
