Rollenbeschreibung

Diese Position ist ideal für Elektroniker (m/w/d) – Montage & Inbetriebnahme mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung (Mid- bis Senior-Level), die das Montageteam in der Produktion von 3D-Druckmaschinen verstärken möchten.

Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören der Aufbau von Schaltschrankanlagen, die Verdrahtung der Maschinen sowie die abschließende Inbetriebnahme der Anlagen. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem mechanischen und optischen Montageteam gibst du zudem Rückmeldungen an die Design- und Entwicklungsingenieure, um eine kontinuierliche Verbesserung sicherzustellen.

Diese Rolle ist entscheidend, um die hohen Qualitätsstandards der 3D-Druckmaschinenproduktion bei Cubicure GmbH zu gewährleisten.

Deine Aufgaben als Elektroniker (m/w/d) – Montage & Inbetriebnahme bei Cubicure:

• Montage von 3D-Druckern: Kabelkonfektion, Aufbau von Schaltschränken und Verdrahtung nach Schaltplänen
• Inbetriebnahme & Tests: Durchführung von Funktionstests und Fehlerdiagnosen zur Sicherstellung der Qualität
• Dokumentation: Erstellung von Montage- und Testberichten
• Materialvorbereitung: Organisation von Bauteilen und Baugruppen
• Teamarbeit: Zusammenarbeit mit dem mechanischen und optischen Montageteam
• Technische Unterstützung: Austausch mit Entwicklungsingenieuren zur Verbesserung von Dokumentation und Prozessen
• Qualitäts- & Sicherheitsstandards: Einhaltung aller geltenden Normen und Standards

Deine Fähigkeiten und Expertise

• Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene Lehre oder technische Ausbildung in Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik oder Mechatronik
• Berufserfahrung: Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Elektromontage – idealerweise mit Inbetriebnahme von Maschinen
• Fachkenntnisse: Detailgenaues Arbeiten, handwerkliches Geschick, hohes Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit
• Soft Skills: Teamplayer, kommunikativ, respektvoll und gleichzeitig selbstständig
• Zusatzkenntnisse (von Vorteil): MS Office, ERP-Systeme (z. B. BMD), TwinCAT (Beckhoff)
• Sprachen: Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Für die Position gilt der Kollektivvertrag für Kunststoffverarbeiter. Das Mindestgrundgehalt liegt bei monatlich 3.274,42Euro brutto auf Vollzeitbasis mit klarer Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
