Join Hilton Hotels & Resorts Austria and become a key player in shaping revenue performance across 3 iconic properties in Vienna – totaling 1,285 rooms, 44 meeting rooms, and 5,300 sqm of event space.
What you’ll be doing:
- Drive revenue growth and optimize pricing strategies across all segments (transient rooms, group rooms and events)
- Together with RMCC monitor and manage Yield systems, ensuring alignment with property conditions, availability controls and market trends.
- Evaluate and implement multi-channel distribution strategies including Brand.com, OTAs, GDS and Group channels.
- Collaborate on the development of group quotations and support with strategic decision-making based on demand and strategy
- Manage Individual Reservations Team with direct reporting line. Oversee standards for bookings, call handling, upselling and managing of turnaways/waitlists.
- Lead and support cross-departmental communication, particularly with Sales, Front Office and Conference & Events.
- Represent the hotels to external stakeholders such as agencies, corporate clients, sister hotels and national Sales Offices.
- Regularly benchmark competitor activity and contribute to strategic decisions through ongoing market intelligence.
- Prepare and analyse forecasts, budgets, 3-month outlooks and business review reports to track performance and profitability.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in a Revenue, Sales or other commercial leadership role
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and take smart, revenue-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across commercial and operational departments
- A hands-on, proactive approach – you’re driven, passionate and willing to go above and beyond
- Experience with CRS, GDS, RMS, and other hotel systems
- Fluent in English; German speaking is a strong benefit
- Knowledge of the Austrian market and its customer segments is an advantage
- Ideally holding the right to work in Austria (Red-White-Red Plus or equivalent)
