Shape compliance-driven industries with data, process, and enterprise expertise – join our remote-first international team.
Full-time, 38.5 hours in Klagenfurt am Wörthersee, Austria and/or remote work within the same time zone
Your Role
* Engage with enterprise clients in regulated industries to understand requirements and model business processes
* Configure and deliver solutions on the Novunex platform, including the design of data models and workflows
* Lead workshops, demonstrations and user acceptance sessions with customers
* Ensure solutions align with enterprise operations and regulatory expectations
* Take ownership of project delivery in compliance and security-sensitive environments
Your Profile
* Strong skills in data modeling and experience with relational databases and SQL
* Proven ability in process modeling and translating requirements into structured solutions
* Excellent communication and presentation skills with enterprise stakeholders
* Language skills: German at a conversational minimum and fluent English
* Ability to work independently in a remote-first setup with on-site collaboration at agreed interval
Nice-to-have
* Experience with low-code / no-code platforms in enterprise environments
* Familiarity with regulated industries such as medical device, pharmaceutical, aerospace, or defense
* Awareness of compliance frameworks (e.g. GxP, ISO, 21 CFR Part 11)
* Basic knowledge of JavaScript

* The minimum monthly gross salary for this position, according to the “Informationstechnologie 2025” collective agreement (ST2), is EUR 3,950.
