Als R&D Lab Technician m/w/d unterstützt du maßgeblich die Entwicklungsarbeit von Cubicure im Bereich Photopolymer-Materialien – unter Berücksichtigung des gesamten Workflows der additiven Fertigung (3D-Druck).

Als innovativer Teil des Teams bist du verantwortlich für die Durchführung von Projekten rund um die Entwicklung neuer Produkte, die Bewertung externer Materialien, die Optimierung bestehender Produkte sowie die Mitarbeit an langfristigen und zukunftsweisenden F&E-Strategien.

In dieser Rolle arbeitest du eng mit einem Team erfahrener Fachleute aus den Bereichen Materialentwicklung, 3D-Druck, Nachbearbeitung sowie Materialanalyse und Bauteilprüfung zusammen.

Idealerweise bringst du Erfahrung in der Polymerchemie mit – insbesondere im Bereich der additiven Fertigung. Wünschenswert sind außerdem Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Thermoplasten, Beschichtungs- und Klebstofftechnologien bzw. Duroplasten sowie idealerweise erste Erfahrungen in der Dental- oder Medizintechnikbranche.

Deine Aufgaben als R&D Lab Technician m/w/d bei Cubicure:

• Entwicklung und Optimierung neuer Photopolymer-Formulierungen
• Durchführung von 3D-Druckprozessen und Nachbearbeitungsschritten
• Chemische und physikalische Analyse von Materialien und gedruckten Bauteilen
• Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Herstellungsverfahren
• Dokumentation und Zusammenarbeit im interdisziplinären R&D-Team

Deine Fähigkeiten und Expertise

• Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Materialforschung und -entwicklung, insbesondere in der Synthese, Entwicklung, Charakterisierung und Prüfung von Monomeren und Polymeren (z. B. DSC, IR-Spektroskopie, Rheologie, thermomechanische Tests)
• Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium oder gleichwertige Qualifikation in Chemie, Polymertechnik, Materialwissenschaften, Chemieingenieurwesen oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet
• Fundiertes technisches Wissen und ein tiefes Verständnis von Struktur-Eigenschafts-Beziehungen in Polymeren
• Du arbeitest visionär, eigenverantwortlich, kreativ und bist ein engagierter Teamplayer mit klarer Entscheidungsfreude
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie analytisches Denkvermögen und Problemlösungskompeten

Für die Position gilt der Kollektivvertrag für Kunststoffverarbeiter, das Mindestgrundgehalt liegt bei 4.182,57€ monatlich Euro brutto mit klarer Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
