McArthurGlen Group, Europe’s leading owner, developer, and manager of designer outlets, was founded in Europe in 1993 and currently manages 23 designer outlets in 8 countries.

McArthurGlen is seeking a dynamic and driven Marketing Executive – Lead to support the Regional Marketing Manager in executing the annual marketing plan across one of our premier retail centres. Acting as the number two in the team, you’ll take the lead on key projects, centre promotions, events, digital communication, and media planning. You’ll also serve as the direct contact for the Centre Manager, PR agency, and other key stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing…

  • Plan, execute, and evaluate promotional campaigns and events aligned with footfall and branding objectives.
  • Support the development of the annual marketing plan, including PR, media, and digital strategy.
  • Coordinate multi-channel media planning (print, radio, OOH, digital, etc.).
  • Manage centre-level brand communication and digital platforms (website, social media, email, influencer campaigns).
  • Collaborate with tenants and internal teams to deliver integrated marketing activity.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, budget tracking, and investor reporting.
  • Act as Deputy to the Regional Marketing Manager during their absence.

Participate in the Duty Management rota for evenings and weekends.

To be successful you’ll bring…

  • Proven experience in Marketing, PR, or Digital Communication
  • Strong communication skills in English and the local language
  • Ability to manage budgets and deliver data-driven reports
  • Creative and strategic thinking with excellent project management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of CMS and basic Photoshop preferred
