Drive the development and execution of innovative omnichannel engagement strategies that meet customer needs and strengthen 1A Pharma’s digital presence. Collaborate cross-functionally to plan and deliver impactful marketing initiatives across digital and print channels, ensuring compliance and consistency.

Lead multiple marketing and engagement projects from concept to delivery—coordinating across design, content, CRM, and analytics teams. Act as a connector between brand, sales, and technical teams to align campaign execution with commercial goals.

Provide strategic support through customer segmentation, performance tracking, and data-driven insights. Influence resource allocation and decision-making by delivering clear analytics that guide brand and pharmacy team actions. Contribute to expanding digital reach through opt-in initiatives and meaningful customer touchpoints.

For this position you will be responsible to drive the development and execution of innovative omnichannel engagement strategies for our 1A Pharma brand.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Omnichannel Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and implement an integrated omnichannel approach across therapeutic areas, ensuring alignment of digital and traditional channels (e.g., email, CRM, print, events) to enable impactful, compliant customer journeys.
  • Channel Enablement & CRM Integration
  • Collaborate with CRM and IT teams to ensure infrastructure, data flow, and tools support engagement goals. Define and execute the optimal channel mix across push and pull strategies.
  • Segmentation, Targeting & Analytics
  • Lead omnichannel segmentation, targeting, and call planning. Monitor performance and customer behavior to generate insights that support pharmacy and brand strategy.
  • Content & Campaign Management
  • Plan and execute campaigns across digital and print in close collaboration with product management. Ensure content meets customer needs and adheres to compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Marketing Material Development
  • Create and localize marketing materials for HCPs and pharmacies—from digital banners and emails to flyers and brochures—ensuring brand consistency and relevance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Leadership
  • Drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, CRM, and external partners. Manage omnichannel projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery on time, scope, and quality.
  • Opt-In Collection & Digital Reach
  • Lead initiatives to grow compliant HCP and pharmacy opt-ins. Develop value-based approaches to expand digital reach and enable personalized communication.

What you’ll bring to the role:

Essential Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in digital field (within pharmaceutical industry is a plus)
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders & projects
  • Good understanding of Marketing, Sales and Customer Engagement
  • Well understanding of digital trends & solutions, technology platforms and products
  • Excellent analytical and strategic skills
  • Innovative mindset, out-of-the-box thinking, team-player
  • Fluent in German and English

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is EUR 64.023,54/year (on a full-time basis).

In most cases, however, the actual salary will be higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications and individual competencies.
